Could 5mins a day change your life?
A Warrior Heart Practice Five Minutes of Truth a Day This is not a productivity habit. This is a practice of remembering yourself. Most of us were taught to begin and end our days in service — to urgency, to survival, to everyone else’s needs. Especially as women, as mothers, as First Nations people, we learned to self-abandon and call it strength. This practice is an interruption to that pattern. The Teaching Your body, spirit, and Dreaming are always speaking. Most of us have just never been taught how to listen. Five to ten minutes a day is enough to: Rebuild trust with yourself Regulate your nervous system Hear what your life is actually asking of you Remember who you are beneath survival Consistency matters more than intensity. Presence matters more than perfection. The Practice (Choose Morning or Night) For five to ten minutes: Sit or stand somewhere quiet. Place one hand on your body. Breathe slowly. Look yourself in the eye in a mirror (if it feels safe). Say nothing at first. Just breathe. Let whatever wants to surface, surface — a feeling, a truth, a desire, a grief, a dream. You are not here to judge it. You are here to witness yourself. That is the ceremony. The Invitation Commit to this for 365 days. Not because it’s easy. Because it’s honest. Ask yourself: Who would I become if I stopped leaving myself? What choices would change if I listened daily? What kind of life could grow from this relationship with self? You don’t need to know the answers yet. You just need to be willing to sit. This is how the Warrior Heart is strengthened — not through force, but through presence. If this speaks to you, begin tonight. Or begin in the morning. Your life is already waiting for you to listen. ❤️‍🔥

Ranked No.3 in Australia
❤️‍🔥 Warrior Heart Family, I want to share something with you. This week I ranked No. 3 in Australia — Masters 1–3 Female Black Belt, 2025. And I’m sharing this here not as a brag… but as a mirror. 2025 was my final shed. The year I faced the old patterns. The year I stopped abandoning myself. The year I chose responsibility, truth, and discipline over survival. And now, as I step into 2026… I can feel the wings growing. I can feel the Dreaming calling me to that next level. I can feel the woman my Ancestors shaped me to be rising from the inside out. But here’s what I want you to know: ✨ I’m not rising alone. ✨ I’m not walking ahead of you. ✨ I’m walking with you — shoulder to shoulder — living this work in real time. I’ve been through the seasons you’re moving through. I’ve lived in survival. I’ve faced the setbacks, the fear, the self-sabotage, the shame, the exhaustion. I’ve rebuilt myself over and over again. And now I’m doing the next level of that same work. I want you to feel this in your bones: This is the kind of person you’re walking with. Someone who rises after falling. Someone who honours their Ancestors in action. Someone who is living the Warrior Heart — not just teaching it. Someone who is doing the reps physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually. Someone who leads from truth, humility, and sovereignty. Every chapter I write. Every training session at 5am. Every moment I choose presence over pain. Every boundary I hold. Every Dreaming seed I honour. I do it for my babies. For my Ancestors. For my own becoming. And for the community that is rising with me — this community. Warrior Heart is not a course. It’s not content. It’s not a brand. It’s a movement. A remembering. A reclamation. A pathway from survival into sovereignty. And you are part of that pathway now. If you’re here, it’s because something in your spirit said yes — to the journey, to the healing, to the becoming, to the rise. So ask yourself: What part of you is ready for its next level?

The rise I owe myself
Rising for My Babies, My Dreaming & the Woman I’ve Reclaimed Ngayi mob, I wanted to open my heart and share what’s moving through me in this season — not from a place of performance, but from truth. There is a rising happening inside me right now that feels both ancient and brand new. A rising rooted in the responsibility I carry as a mother, a First Nations woman, and a Dreaming-led warrior. A rising born from everything I’ve walked through, survived, shed, and reclaimed. I know exactly who and what I’m rising for. I’m rising for my babies — the ones watching me rebuild my life moment by moment, learning strength not from my words but from my becoming. They deserve to see their mum standing in her power, not shrinking… not silencing herself… not abandoning who she truly is. I’m rising for the Dreaming my Ancestors placed in my spirit long before I took my first breath — the Dreaming that has whispered to me through every dark season, reminding me why I’m here, who I come from, and what I carry forward. And most importantly, I’m rising for me — for every version of me who fought, who survived, who sacrificed, who stayed small or silent to stay safe, who held the weight of worlds she didn’t create, who abandoned herself just to keep others standing. This season is for her. For me. For the woman I’ve reclaimed. For the truth of who I am now. The video of my son standing strong in Kiilalaana, sharing his artwork of Country… that’s the reminder of what’s worth fighting for. That’s what keeps me rising in this moment, with courage and clarity. This season is reclamation. This season is sovereignty. This season is Warrior Heart Rising — raw, grounded, and aligned. As you walk this journey with me, I want to invite you to sit with your own truth: 🔥 Who are you rising for in this season? 🔥 Which version of you deserves your honour, your respect, your love? 🔥 What part of your Dreaming is calling you forward right now? Share if you feel called. Sit with it if you need.

The rise I owe myself
Water and Ceremony
Ngayi my Warrior Hearts, I want to share a moment from ceremony — one of those quiet, powerful returns to self that reminds us why this journey matters. When I stepped into the water, it held me. It grounded me. It released a layer of who I’ve been… and it birthed a layer of who I am becoming. Because we are water. Our old women birthed in and beside water, in connection, in community, in culture. We were never meant to heal or rise in isolation. Country carries us. Our Ancestors carry us. And the water remembers us home. This was women’s business. Ancestral business. The deep kind — the kind that strips you back to your truth and rebuilds you from the inside out. As we yarned, we spoke about pain, lineage, responsibility, Tiddahood, and the sacred call that keeps whispering to us, even when life feels heavy, urgent, or overwhelming. And what came through strong was this: This is the work we often feel we don’t have time for. The slowing down. The returning to Country. The reconnecting to spirit and self. Everything feels urgent. Everything feels like it can’t wait. But Warrior Hearts — these moments are the work. These are the moments that strengthen us to rise from clarity, not crisis. From alignment, not noise. From love, not survival. This is deep self-care. This is cultural practice. This is remembering. And it doesn’t need to be big or perfect. It can be a breath. A moment. An hour. A quiet return to your own spirit. These are the moments where we reclaim ourselves, remember ourselves, and rise as ourselves. This is our season of Warrior Heart Rising. And this is how we walk it — grounded, aligned, connected. What’s one moment you can give yourself this week to come home to you?
