🔥 Micro-Action: Name Your Warrior Heart Why

Ground — Sit comfortably with your feet on the earth. Release any tension from your body. Rest your hands on your lap or heart.
Breathe — Inhale through your nose for 4, hold for 4, exhale through your nose for 6. Repeat 3 times, letting your body soften more each cycle.
Notice — Pay attention: where do you feel a response in your body? Your chest, your stomach, your shoulders, your jaw? Let your body lead.
Ask — Whisper: “Why am I saying yes to myself right now? What do I want to awaken in these next 7 days?”
