Today I am drawn to thinking about my journey. I have had many challenges. Battled demons from a traumatic childhood and massive self doubt. I am very carefull how I speak to myself and others now. I understand deeply the impact of words. No words and actions. What would be some ways in which you would overcome life's challenges ? How do you manage your internal dialogue. Is it a battle Dailey or do you have it mastered? Inspire me ....

Brand new day
Mid week is for me, the day when I have the longest day, as generally I don't get out of work while 6pm, today however I feel I have been given a treat, not only do I get to see one of my favourite clients, who is building such self confidence that it brings me to tears, I also get to go on a training course midday with lunch provided!!!!! So today I feel I have already won this week. I hope that you all can find some great positives in your day today, drop some of the highs in the comments and let's make Hump day feel more positive 😊.
