KPI Metrics - 2025
📊 These are my personal KPI numbers from 2025. When I first started, I didn’t track data at all—I didn’t fully understand how critical it was. After running a real business for several years, I’ve learned that knowing your numbers = knowing your business. If you’re not tracking, you’re guessing. 📈 KPIs create accountability. If you want better outputs (more deals closed), you must improve your inputs and make sure everything is aligned. 🏡 This applies to any business, but it’s especially important in real estate. 🚀 Moving forward, my focus is on improving these numbers while building stronger systems, processes, and strategies so the business continues to scale year after year. Hope this gives you insight into why tracking KPIs actually matters

🏘️ Real Estate Workflow - Dec 2025
Happy Monday everyone! Here is an updated workflow video Objective: 1. Target Top Leads (100+) 2. Target Follow Ups (100+) 3. Target Novations (60+) 4. Target Agent Referrals (1,200+) These leads are all pre-qualified by our team and available for follow up. The goal is to get these u/c. In addition to these leads we also have a triple dialer available for prospecting from 10AM - 8PM CST everyday (this is for those who prefer cold calling or speaking to new / fresh leads) As always, let me know if you have questions or need help with anything. Happy Monday everyone! Workflow is as follows: Video Here Lead Managers - F/U with leads in HMP / PAG workspace. These leads are prequalified and just need to be given offers. I would recommend making at least 1-3 touch points for every lead since these sellers are a bit difficult to reach at times. A good target would be to give out 3-5 offers a day if you are working on lead management. If you are ever finished with lead management, there is additional prospecting to be done (code violations, vacant lots, etc) using the dialer. As always, try to monitor your KPI and keep them updated as much as possible so you can track your progress. I'm here if anyone has questions or needs help with anything Peace!
