KPI Metrics - 2025
๐Ÿ“Š These are my personal KPI numbers from 2025. When I first started, I didnโ€™t track data at allโ€”I didnโ€™t fully understand how critical it was. After running a real business for several years, Iโ€™ve learned that knowing your numbers = knowing your business. If youโ€™re not tracking, youโ€™re guessing. ๐Ÿ“ˆ KPIs create accountability. If you want better outputs (more deals closed), you must improve your inputs and make sure everything is aligned. ๐Ÿก This applies to any business, but itโ€™s especially important in real estate. ๐Ÿš€ Moving forward, my focus is on improving these numbers while building stronger systems, processes, and strategies so the business continues to scale year after year. Happy Monday everyone! Here is an updated workflow video Objective: 1. Target Top Leads (100+) 2. Target Follow Ups (100+) 3. Target Novations (60+) 4. Target Agent Referrals (1,200+) These leads are all pre-qualified by our team and available for follow up. The goal is to get these u/c. In addition to these leads we also have a triple dialer available for prospecting from 10AM - 8PM CST everyday (this is for those who prefer cold calling or speaking to new / fresh leads) As always, let me know if you have questions or need help with anything.
