What would you say...
Is the most important thing you've done this year for visibility around your work?
And it doesn't have to be obvious things like a feature, or guest spot, or a piece of content going viral (although that's all good too) but something maybe unexpected or personal that really made a difference for you.
Because it might spark an idea or motivate someone else in here.
And, I think it's always worth reflecting and reviewing where we've come from instead of just always forging ahead.
