What's your ONE visibility goal for the week?
Chuck it here and let's see. I finally got my 🔥 back for ONE DAY and then lost it again 😆 so my goal is sooooo simple - 10 engagements a day on Skool this week. Keep it simple. Set yourself up to win. And drop it below for extra accountability and maybe to nudge someone else along.
@Chloe Wigan sounds like a great thing to share with your email list and IG followers who are reluctant to come and hang out with you on SS ;)
@Veronika Pyszkova great work!!
How to Know What to Work On Next (When You Have Too Many Ideas)
If you've got five ideas, three half-built offers, and a plan that only works once every single piece is ready… In this one I break down my ecosystem inventory framework, so you can see what you're carrying and know exactly what to work on next. Here's what's inside: 👉 The four-step process I use when everything feels tangled 👉 How to tell what's actually yours to carry 👉 The sequencing question most people skip 👉 What to do with the ideas you're not ready for yet Watch here: https://youtu.be/rLsmBHJSXIc If you want to run this exact process on your own ideas, the full training, templates, and roadmap are inside the Cozy Business Quest - and you can join on the 7 days free trial to check it out. Plus, this weekend, the brand new Cozy Business Dashboard is dropping, so a perfect time to come in and check it out as the membership is evolving: https://www.skool.com/cozy-business/about

The Truth About Making Money As A Beginner
This question came up in a community I'm in the other week and I know it's one that so many people have. If you started your business hoping to be making money by now, and you're not there yet or you have a really small audience and you're deciding when and how to start charging...this one is for you. In this episode, I share: 👉 A real case study example from a question I answered recently 👉 The one thing to name before you ever try to charge 👉 Why documenting your work becomes your best marketing 👉 The single question to ask before you set a price 👉 The bio mistake that quietly kills trust with cold traffic Watch here: https://youtu.be/WgCy3gvnDT0 If you are looking for support to build out your first or next paid offer and trust with your audience, I currently have 1 x 1:1 spot available to support someone to build out their ecosystem. Please DM 'WAITLIST' if you're interested. Have a great weekend and enjoy the mini training!
Don't Add Another Platform Until You Watch This
If you're standing at the buffet trying to decide whether to load your plate with one more platform… Watch this video first - I'm breaking down why repurposing content doesn't actually solve the cost of adding somewhere new, and how to know if now is the right time. Here's what's inside: 👉 The real reason repurposing content doesn't fix this 👉 Why your audience doesn't just follow you somewhere new 👉 The daily number that decides if you're ready 👉 The one question to ask before you add anything And, if you haven't watched the Cozy Ecosystem Workshop yet, this is the perfect time to check it out and learn the value of the "Nice To Have" list... especially when it comes to choosing the platforms you're focusing on. Check it out in the classroom. You also still have time to join Cozy Business Quest on the free 7-day trial and submit you Constellation Worksheet to get custom feedback about all your content, ideas, strategies, and offers to finally make sense of. Check it out here: https://www.skool.com/cozy-business/about
@Christina Laidlaw love that! How's it going?
@Lucy Reyes it’s a process hey?! I have been experimenting as well
to skool or not
Hey everyone! I am trying to make a decision, but I don't feel like I have definitive data in order to make a best decision. I know the value of having a community and hosting my freebie in a skool group would definitely help with building an email list and a community at the same time. And I like the idea of having a ready source of comments to be able to reply to and even use it to build out content as I do best in response. However, I have a few concerns: 1. In my previous business, I had a Facebook group, and it took until you got to like 400+ people for anybody to really say anything. The constant posting and lives to crickets, even though I knew it was part of the process (and I have had several people say how helpful it was and they watched them all even when I didn't know), was such a struggle mentally and emotionally. I'm not really keen on the idea of doing that again. 2. I know that one to one and small groups are what I've always been good with, so worry about keeping up the energy in perpetuity with a membership/ free group. 3. I'm a high ticket coach and strategist, I do plan on having a low ticket offer, but it was more one offs in my head, so not sure about what I would even do for a premium that would still guide people to my high ticket services or if my ideal client even does these groups or not... I also love groups. I love being in groups and communities, and I'm just trying to work out in my brain if this is a direction I should go. I'm just looking for more input and data, really, and if we could help, that would be great.
Hey Mary, this is such a good question and honestly one I see constantly, so let me name two things that might actually help you move instead of gathering more data. First: a Skool community isn't automatically a low ticket offer, it's a platform. Loads of high ticket business owners are running a Skool community purely as lead gen and nurture into 1:1 or premium work, and there are many premium groups on here (including Hormozi who has a $1000/month membership). So the real question isn't "does a community fit my price point," it's "what job do I want it to do for me?" Second, and this one's bigger than choosing a platform or format: having to show up way before anyone else does is part of business life. When I first started my business, I realised that as an introvert (and a bit of a weirdo) I am used to and okay with being on my own, so I dug deep into WHY I was doing this work when it would be so much easier to do something else and held that as the reason I would show up... not if others do... but until. I believe it's THE key to building the resilience needed to stick something out for the long haul. I've been in business for 12 years and all the platforms have changed so much, even getting to a point where I got a lot of engagement in different places, that has changed now and they are ghost towns (*cough* Instagram and email). In terms of data collecting, the best way to do this is to start, commit for a set amount of time (I recommend 90 days, minimum), give it your all and collect your data because your audience, work, niche, and own needs/strengths/capacity is different from everyone else. There are many people on Skool (and any platform) who have had incredible success and others who have not. And then the majority of people in the middle who are sticking it out and continuing to experiment and try new things. This one goes deeper than what I unpack in here, it's exactly the kind of thing we work through inside Cozy Business Quest, but hopefully this is a starting point for you :)
