Running is essentially a single-leg balance movement repeated thousands of times.
Every time your foot hits the ground, your body must rapidly stabilize through:
• the foot• the ankle• the knee• the hip• the core
If that system isn't working well, the body compensates.
Over time those compensations can lead to:
• IT band pain• plantar fasciitis• Achilles issues• knee pain• ankle injuries
