Hello Love's! I am back in the space after a quite busy time that took me out of posting daily practices. Sometimes I get so inspired to create something magical without realizing my time commitments so I apologize. However, I am creating a Full Moon Medicine Experience that's unfolding this Sunday to celebrate how sacred you are, honoring the full blue moon, a rare occurrence, only happening ONCE in 2026. This experience begins with grounding beneath the energy of the Sagittarius Full Moon through guided meditation, breathwork, (with optional earth medicine), and intention-setting to deepen inward connection. From there, we move into a yoga-inspired flow designed to awaken the body, open stagnant energy, and reconnect you to your natural rhythm before transitioning into a fully immersive DJ-guided movement journey where expression, release, joy, and freedom take center stage. Expect moments of wild release, emotional liberation, playful connection, and the kind of movement that reminds you what it feels like to be fully alive. As the energy softens, you’ll be guided gently floating into stillness through crystal singing bowls and sound healing frequencies to support nervous system restoration, integration, and inner clarity. We’ll close the evening in ceremony and community sharing, anchoring the energy of release, expansion, and authentic self-expression together. This is not about performance, it's about PRESENCE. Remember yourself through movement, music, breath, connection, and the courage to fully feel. DM with any questions and to register...space is limited for this one-of-a-kind experience.

Today's practice on BEING
Today's practice is a sound healing session I created a while back that helps you feel safe in your body to expand into what's next by BEING. If we aren't in a state of nervous system balance, it doesn't matter how far we go; we'll eventually fall back without a strong foundation.
A FUN Game for today
Today's practice is all about setting a BS story free that doesn't serve you. You'll go through the process of 1) Identifying/naming the belief in all ways it shows up 2) Saying it aloud in a way that's ridiculous, making fun of it 3) Laughing at it 4) MOVING it out of your body & existence 5) Reframing the belief in a simple and believable way 6) Embodying that new reframe of it Feel free to drop the belief you're shifting below and what the new one is that you're embodying.

Happy Weekend 🩵
I'll be taking the next couple of days to celebrate being a mama with my family so wanted to leave a note here of a practice that's around "mothering". Whether you're a mom of a physical child or not doesn't matter. This is about showing yourself love in an unconditional way and feeling connection to our Earth, Pachamama, for holding us through this life. Take time to contemplate... "How am I caring for myself in a loving way without conditions & what parts of me need tender loving care?" In what ways can you make that happen? To Mother Earth, sit or lay on her as you feel her holding you and exchange energy with her. Give her love, appreciation, & reverence. Give her your worries, concerns, and old baggage asking her to churn & burn it, turning it into ash that grows something beautiful in a flourishing way. She has the power (as do you) to transmute what's no longer aligned and alchemize it into a thriving creation. Take time to ENJOY nature in whatever ways make you feel light and grounded. And lastly forgive your maternal lineage, beginning with yourself, then your mother, and down the line for generational conditioning that's been carried for too long. We all were born into this lifetime with our own karmic mission and whether we agree with how those who came before us raised us or others, I believe we all do the best with what we're given. We are all here to learn, to heal, to grow and to come back to our wholeness, which is LOVE. End your contemplative practice from a space of gratitude for all that you've been blessed with in this lifetime from your mother's ancestral line down through your children's... and to the Earth. Happy Mother's Day weekend!
