Today's practice is all about setting a BS story free that doesn't serve you. You'll go through the process of
1) Identifying/naming the belief in all ways it shows up
2) Saying it aloud in a way that's ridiculous, making fun of it
3) Laughing at it
4) MOVING it out of your body & existence
5) Reframing the belief in a simple and believable way
6) Embodying that new reframe of it
