Here’s the reality: If your workouts feel impossibly hard, it’s not because you’re “out of shape.”It’s because your body is fighting upstream without fuel or recovery. Training isn’t just about showing up — it’s about showing up prepared. That means: - Fueling properly - Hydrating - Sleeping like a grown adult - Managing stress - Progressing smart, not randomly increasing weight - Focusing on form over ego A well-planned session should feel challenging — not punishing. The Snack Mistake That Keeps You Hungrier
Here’s the truth: most people aren’t overeating because of dinner… they’re overeating because their snacks are garbage. A granola bar here, a handful of crackers there, a random latte because “I needed something.” That stuff doesn’t fill you up — it just spikes your blood sugar and sets you up to crash hard later. At Vector, we fix this with one rule: Every snack must have protein. Protein stabilizes cravings. Protein keeps you satisfied. Protein stops that late-night “raiding the pantry like a raccoon” spiral. Try these instead: Greek yogurt + berries Cottage cheese + fruit Protein shake + banana Hard-boiled eggs + veggies Leftover chicken (yes, seriously) Stop filling the gaps with fluff.
