Has anyone tried selling products in parallel to vapes such as gum, lip balm, advil, electrolyte pouches etc as an additional sales stream? Are the margins/demand worth it?

I’m working with a club owner and his lawyer, theyre concerned about the legality of flavored vapes since most have been banned unless they’ve received FDA authorization through the PMTA process. He’s asked me to provide a list of the vape brands I plan to stock in the machine so he can be confident the business won’t face any compliance issues. From what I’ve found so far, only four brands currently have FDA approval. Have you guys ran into this issue yet, and if so how do we assure the owners that it’s safe?
