Secured our first location!
Big props to my business partner actually landing this location, we're both super excited to get rolling. Just waiting on approval for the retail nicotine dealer permit from the state. LFG! Also huge shout-out @jacob-hagman-4564 for the gift basket idea as we literally got a call back the same day to get one installed at this bar. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS METHOD! Now to get more new homes for the other 6 machines. PS - peep the slot machine right next to it, this spot is gonna be a banger 🔥

@Deshawn Johnson about 2 months but we had a number of personal things get in the way at first delaying our outreach. This was literally a result from day 1 of dropping off gift baskets. If you count the time it took to order everything for the baskets and make the flyer and business card, then about 2-3 weeks.

The AVCDLP is a great addition to use in your pitch deck as it shows professionalism and highlights your commitment to compliance and safety for the venue. The CNLD should be posted on/near your machine with your Retail Nicotine Dealer Permit and the necessary signage (found here under Signage for Premises: https://www2.myfloridalicense.com/alcoholic-beverages-and-tobacco/regulatory-and-compliance-resources/#1494269355377-e59e63d4-8831) required at ALL FL establishments selling nicotine/tobacco products Keep in mind we are based in FL so there are specific FL laws listed in both documents. If you are in another state, these templates should be used as a reference and you should DYOR and EDIT THEM before using for your business!!! @Ben Stanley yes with the minor exception of certain rehab centers looking for cheaper items, and only if they're the ones monitoring the purchasing (or if they're only 21+). We're in talks with a rehab now that seems to be willing to take on that age verification risk themselves so they can provide as best of a price as possible to their inpatient clients. Otherwise we'd have to bump prices up across the board by $1 more to cover Apt-Pay and still make our margins.

I've always liked Bank of America for both of my businesses. No monthly fee as long you have $5000 in the account or spend $500 with your debit card every month.
