I’m working with a club owner and his lawyer, theyre concerned about the legality of flavored vapes since most have been banned unless they’ve received FDA authorization through the PMTA process. He’s asked me to provide a list of the vape brands I plan to stock in the machine so he can be confident the business won’t face any compliance issues. From what I’ve found so far, only four brands currently have FDA approval. Have you guys ran into this issue yet, and if so how do we assure the owners that it’s safe?

Is anybody buying directly from China wholesalers for inventory? Looking for a personal recommendation. Smoke direct just upped their prices because of the tariffs and I’m sure the other USA wholesalers are too.

Has anyone found a solution for machines located in areas with poor lighting that makes ID verification difficult? I feel like a light motion detector will be annoying for customers if it’s constantly going on.
