Settings for a sensitive person

Hi guys, I am new here. Got myself and Europe us2000 equivalent to try and treat my long Covid.

Can anyone tell me what settings should I start with on this device? I am very sick and ultra sensitive, could not tolerate even 10 seconds of tens.
