I was wandering if it is safe to do spleen stimulation if someone has enlarged spleen, which I have because of the EBV reactivation and inborn anaemia. 🤔

@Sterling Cooley I use Chat GPT, but it is hallucinating too much, I don’t trust it at all. It told me it is not safe 😂. Anyway, I am pretty cautious and will research further.

Settings for a sensitive person
Hi guys, I am new here. Got myself and Europe us2000 equivalent to try and treat my long Covid. Can anyone tell me what settings should I start with on this device? I am very sick and ultra sensitive, could not tolerate even 10 seconds of tens.

@Sterling Cooley oh wow, did the first minute yesterday on lowest settings and thought- this is cool I don’t feel anything. Then few minutes later my nervous system was screaming at me and I restlessness in my chest. HRV was sky high and it is the first time since I got sick I was actually thinking I am going to fall asleep without usual meds coctail. I am so sensitive that I will need to go even slower, and reduce the time to 10 seconds until my nervous system stop freaking out cause this stuff is powerful!

@Holly Carr depends what value is measured, which device… I don’t think we can compare like that and it is highly individual
