Long story short - I decided that a dynamic microphone would more easily allow me to be consistent so I got a Shure MV7+ (The Shure MV7+ is a professional XLR/USB-C hybrid dynamic microphone designed for broadcast-quality vocals. After testing the new mic for the first time, I learned that most of the weird noise was coming through Veed.io, where I have been recording my videos and audio. I learned this when I tried using the Shure software to record and all the noise was gone.
