🚫📖 Ro... Don't Read This! (It's Too Long 😅)
I was chatting with Ro today, and I just wanted to say what an inspiring soul she is. Not because she's trying to be some sort of guru... But because of how she shows up every single day. If you've been around Ro long enough, you've probably heard her say things like... "I need to get through my notifications." "I finally got through 2,222 notifications..." "Now it's time to rest." From the outside, you might think... "Why does that matter?" "Do you really need to get through every notification?" Maybe not. But she DOES. Because she genuinely wants to be there for her community. And it shows. EVERY post. EVERY comment. EVERY conversation. She's always supporting, encouraging, inviting others into the discussion, and making people feel seen. But it goes beyond her own community. She's present in so many other communities too, supporting people there just as much. That's why, to me, Ro is The Community Light 💚 She even has that light in her avatar. She lights up communities, chats, and calls with a presence that's fun, loving, and sometimes tired 😂... But it always feels like... "I'm here for you." One thing that really stayed with me... I once heard Ro say she meditates on her community and its members in the morning to see how she can serve them better. How POWERFUL is that? Imagine if more of us started our day thinking about the people we're here to help instead of ourselves. What kind of communities would we create? Another thing I've noticed... Almost all of Ro's pinned posts celebrate other people. I honestly can't remember the last time I saw her pin one of her own posts. Her members come first. Yes, there's probably strategy behind it. But there's also so much genuine LOVE behind it. So I just wanted to say... @Rositsa Aleksandrova Thank you. Thank you for everything you do for your community, for so many other communities, and for helping make Skool a more connected place. It takes a very special person to be that dedicated while also staying so fun, free flowing, and authentically yourself.

OK ya'll this community is SO powerful... Guess who asked for help manifesting something MASSIVE in the Friday Tribe Fiesta call... and GOT IT on Monday?
🌱 From Community Battle to Community Bloom?
This beautiful brainstorm became something much bigger than a challenge idea. What if we stopped thinking about "winning" and started thinking about what we can grow together? Over the last discussion, everyone brought an important piece of the puzzle: * @Rositsa Aleksandrova androva opened the space for co-creation and community-led ideas. * @David R R shared the vision of creating something meaningful that communities can continue using long after the event. * @Karin Crawford proposed neutral off-platform voting and greater public visibility. * @James Humecky highlighted the value of friendly competition, collaboration between communities, and team-based participation. * @Chanie Twersky suggested focusing on personal growth and raising our own creative bar instead of simply competing against others. * @Jenny Rader-Bakos der-Bakos reminded us that every community brings its own unique creativity and gifts. * @Zor Zen Den continuously encouraged collaboration and expansion of everyone's ideas. * @Val Vosburg resonated with the idea of creating something that leaves a positive impact. * And I proposed building something that creates a meaningful ripple effect for others. The more I read everyone's comments, the more I realized this may not be a "Community Battle" at all. Maybe it's time for something new. ### Community Bloom / Community Synergy Imagine that every community challenge leaves something behind: * Videos * Artwork * Guides * Community projects * Free resources * Templates * Courses * Music * Collaborative creations * Behind-the-scenes stories * Feedback and reviews * New friendships and partnerships Instead of: Battle → Winner → End What if it became: Bloom → Create → Share → Inspire → Archive → Grow → Bloom Again

I've spent over 40 years working in optical science, telescopes, microscopes, and the physics of light. A few years ago, I started applying that background to something more personal: creating memorial artwork from cremated remains. The process uses real crystal growth and cross-polarized light microscopy, the same techniques geologists have used for over a century to study mineral samples, applied here to reveal a pattern that belongs to one person alone. That work started with Ashes to Artworks, focused on pets. Recently, I launched a sister studio, Lumaren, to bring the same process to human memorial commissions. Every piece is made individually, by hand, in a small studio in Houston. Nothing is painted or digitally created, what you see is a real optical phenomenon called birefringence, made visible through science rather than added afterward. If you know someone exploring memorial options, or you're simply curious how a lifetime in optics led here, I'm happy to talk. https://lumarenstudio.com/
