This course will cause a great stirring of the consciousness of those who are Captive by it. This final free course has been created to be used as an instrument of awakening for those around you, for those who you would like to help. It is created in a specific way to reach the individual, through confronting what is already in them, to what already holds them captive.

It teaches that the foundation of all lawful authority does not come from domestic statutes, political will, or institutional power, but from the Universal Order expressed through the international covenants. Conscious beings are shown that the rule of law is not merely a legal concept — it is a principle of justice that binds every organ of the State, every court, every government actor, and every system of governance. Through the Vienna Convention, the ICCPR, and internationally recognized judicial decisions, this teaching demonstrates: Domestic law cannot override the international order. All government branches are subordinate to the covenants. Inalienable rights, recognition, and dignity of conscious beings form the true constitutional DNA of every nation. Any authority that violates these obligations loses lawful power and its actions become void under international law.
