@Brian M You're a living participant in the movie as we speak, say cheese!
We Are Pushing Off Tonight Away From The Shore.
Tonight in the meeting, we will start our final journey to dis-embarkment from the present Legal and Governmental structured control. Once we push off in tonight's meeting the door to access this part of the journey will be closed. The plan to arrive at the destination is scheduled for around mid January 2026. I have meticulously prepared this Journey, since the start of May 2025. I prepared all that was necessary to get this journey ready. That was my choice. I am on this journey with you also, but I wont carry anyone to their own freedom, that can actually carry themselves, and if anyone attempts to force me to carry them, I will shrug you off my back. For any New Members of this Skool, You have one last chance tonight to get onto this journey to dis-embark from the structured control of the Government upon your life. You can still continue to learn at this Skool, but that ultimate voyage-the first one, will be departing tonight. Everyone has the right to freedom of self- determination. This Rule of Law will play its part on this journey.

Claim of Recognition and Citizenship
I have a question regarding the Claim of Recognition and asserting my non-derogable rights: When I make my Claim of Recognition and withdraw my consent to be treated as a statutory creature by the government, is it not a conflict to remain a citizen for the purpose of having a passport so that I can travel internationally? If it is a conflict, how would you go about it? Renouncing citizenship means you don't have a passport.

ICCPR Article 16 guarantees your absolute right to recognition as a person before the law. This right is non-derogable — it cannot be limited or waived, even by states. Using a passport doesn’t surrender this right. You are free to exercise statutory recognition when it serves you (like for international travel), and to reject it when it violates your conscience. Recognition is not submission. It’s your right to invoke or withdraw statutory identity as you choose. The state has no lawful power to force permanent compliance. Asserting your Claim of Recognition means you choose when and how you engage with legal fictions. The right to recognition FLOWS FROM YOUR BEING, not your citizenship. No contradiction exists. You are the source of lawful standing — not the passport.

@Timm Stein What do you think? I say, yes, without a doubt. However, please consider this is not true freedom, but the best temporary solution to an even bigger problem. Our government(s), Canada, and of the world, are operating in ways which are CONTRARY TO LAW. Universal Law, International Law, Domestic Law and so forth. The entire government system(s) are constructed in ways that are based on LIMITING NATURALLY OCCURRING RIGHTS. Until everyone recognizes this, aaWE HAVE A MAJOR PROBLEM. This shall change, but not on it's own. We can recognize this, and we can do something about it. We are just getting warmed up my friend.🏢 ☠️🌲🪓🚪🔥 🌻🤲🙌
Structural Captivity
Part 1- The Structural Operation There is a structural pattern of captivity that operates entirely inside the human cognitive frame — not mystical, not supernatural — but indistinguishable in effect from an external influence, because it shapes perception, filters reality, and locks a person inside a self-validating loop. This captivity is happening to billions of Human Beings on earth. They are captive and know it not. They are captive and claim freedom. They are captive and see it not. The Structure of their own captivity is hidden from their recognition. One of the elements of this structure is identified as follows. “I’m glad I’m saved; I’m glad I’m in the truth” Even though you may not recognize it yet this is a self-sealing construct It’s not about doctrine. It’s not about theology. It’s about what that sentence does to the mind. That sentence: - stops inquiry - removes the need to verify - shuts down recognition in favor of belief - replaces awareness with identity - and hardens a boundary that reinforces the system the person is already in The content doesn’t matter. The operation matters. It is a loop that says: “The fact that I believe this is proof that it is true.” A closed system. A self-capturing system. And once the loop seals, external evidence, logical contradiction, and direct awareness have trouble get in. That is the first layer.

I have wrestled with this considerably. It is so eye-opening that something we cannot see with our eyes is having such a detrimental impact on our lives. ☠️🌎🇨🇦 Here’s what I recognize thus far: There is a structural pattern operating inside the human cognitive frame — not mystical, not supernatural, and not even physical — but still functioning like an invisible deceiver and manipulator that shapes what we mistakenly and blindly perceive as reality. This force intercepts perception before we even form our natural thoughts, filtering reality into a loop that quietly limits us. 🧬 What’s most unsettling is that this system isn’t experienced by us as something “out there” — it hides inside me, inside us, inside billions. It shows up as what feels “normal and familiar,” what seems like our own mind and being⁉️ What I’m recognizing is that the trap isn’t primarily in what we believe — it’s in what our beliefs do to us when they block right awareness and shut down right inquiry. Through that, we are prevented from being aligned with truth, left in disarray. 🧭❌ Even the feeling of being “in truth” is part of the loop. It replaces clear awareness with false identity, and convinces us that belief itself is proof enough. Once that boundary hardens, contradiction to this illusion can’t get in, and awareness can’t break out. 👎 And this isn’t rare — it’s everywhere. Billions are in it, living by it, defending it — while believing they’re right and free - and coming down hard on others who don't agree. ⛓️ I know I’m not completely out of it either. Every day forward, more and more, I am recognizing the wrongfully imposed limitations. 🪫 So now I’m seeing: This structure runs deeper than I could have ever known. 💡⚡️ I don’t have crystal clear recognition at this time, but I know this much: I acknowledge what you have brought forth in this part one. Not just intellectually — something in me recognizes it. ✅ Looking forward to another layer. 🕊️

I dedicate this song to the group - listen to it once, as is. Then, listen again. When she uses the word "love," replace it with the word "recognition.' Get it!? Yeah, you got it... https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=h5JfoY0RCrY&pp=ygUNTWogY29sZSBJIHNlZQ%3D%3D#bottom-sheet
A Question for the Group from Timm
I have a question regarding the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties. "Article 53 renders void any law contrary to peremptory norms." But Article 53 refers to treaties between states and not domestic laws. "This means that if any agreement, policy, or law contradicts a jus cogens norm, it is null and void from the beginning." Is this technically correct? Of course, the ICCPR is a treaty between states, and Article 4.(2) may be covering what Article 53 of the Vienna Convention is talking about... some clarity would be great :)

@Timm Stein I'm not sure if you got your answer yet. Did you? I hope you're available for our group tonight. I have a feeling this very topic matter is going to come up. Where did it come from and why did all these nation states give away all their power and sovereignty to jus cogens and peremptory norms? To be baffled by this is not wrong.
