LOVE
Love blends earth with heaven: it is the great subversion. Every time a lover says, “I will love you forever,” they bestow upon a fleeting and ever changing creature two divine attributes: immortality and immutability. The contradiction is truly tragic: the flesh decay, our days are numbered. Nevertheless, we love. And we love with our bodies and souls, with our whole being.
