What’s your go to breakfast?
My favourite meal. I eat breakfast in the evening too!
Granola with a fuckton of fruit, cookie or similar flavour protein powder, yoghurt, little bit of oats, cloves, Ceylon cinnamon, nuts, peanut butter. The cloves have a huge amount of antioxidants keeping free radicals at bay.
Unpopular recommendation: dip the spoon in peanut butter. Then every bite has a little bit of pure peanut butter on it. ☺️
