Life boat business idea

Sorry team my post won’t be as in depth as yours, I haven’t actually watched the life boat business content yet too but here is a rough outline of what I would like to create.

Nothing Pretty is the name of our business. In skool we want to create a community of women who are starting over in life.

Our core offer is a training program that will teach women how to use gym equipment, as well as programs (workouts) to apply at the gym.

I know what it is like to not know where to begin. Learning how to lift weights and sustain a practice is an amazing way to:

-Build resilience.

-Discover the transformational power of intentional actions.

-Rebuild self-worth, self respect and self love.

-Improve mental health.

-Improve physical health.

-It is also a great place to start when the big picture feels overwhelming

We are hoping to embed the practical side of our teachings (strength training) with deeper teachings. I have a background in hypnotherapy and will also Include life coaching tools.

By the end of the year (not set yet in the time frame but I think 1year is a realistic time frame for a transformation) we want women to know themselves better, be independent with their training, and have more resilience/hope for the future.
