I used to think what we needed was more representation for women. Not anymore!

I remember speaking with Vickie right before we started our business and saying, "what we need is more women in leadership positions! More women CEOs and in politics." And like Vickie does, she moved me through a journey that helped me see that putting more women in these broken systems wouldn't necessarily create the societal and economic change I was hoping for. So what DOES create that change????
