Colby previously served in the U.S. Navy as an aviation rescue swimmer, building his career around helping others in high-pressure environments that required discipline, trust, and teamwork. In addition to his military background, he is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Psychology degree with long-term aspirations of continuing into graduate studies and eventually practicing in the field.
