With nearly 20 years of restaurant industry experience, Ramesh and Sumanthi bring a strong background in hospitality, operations, and customer service to the Sourdough & Co. brand. Throughout their careers, they have launched and operated multiple Indian and fusion restaurant concepts in Kentucky before successfully growing an Indian Bar & Grill in the Dallas market.
Their experience spans full-service dining, fast-casual operations, and high-volume restaurant management, giving them a strong foundation to continue building within the QSR space. Known for their community-focused approach and passion for hospitality, they were drawn to Sourdough & Co. because of the brand’s commitment to quality food, customer experience, and long-term growth potential.
