workout check - 10 miles on the echo bike, total body strength training. breakfast - later, I'm intermittent fasting. Swim - that will come later. It's all part of having a plan.

Workout ✔️- 10 miles on echo bike and total body strength training with loops and bands Breakfast ✔️- bacon and eggs Self-care ✔️- epson salt bath Workout 2 ✔️- 25 minute swim Lunch ✔️- taco meat, cheese and bacon bits It'd not discipline it's understanding. If i stop moving, I will stop moving. If i go off my nutrition, I suffer.

0350 workout - 10 miles on echo bike. 20 minutes on maxi climber. Higher than usual back pain means 20 minute Epson salt bath before work and a lidocaine patch for the ride. Having a disability shouldn't mean being lazy, it should mean self care. My back will hurt either way, so why give up on myself. Don't give up on yourself, find a way!
