WHAT IS THE ROAD BLOCK YOU ARE PRETENDING YOU DONT HAVE
Everyone here is pushing toward something more sales, more clarity, more discipline, more consistency. But let’s be real for a second… We all have that one roadblock we keep pretending isn’t there. You know the one I mean the thing slowing you down But you keep saying “I’ll deal with it later.”Later never comes and the roadblock keeps winning. So let’s flip the script TODAY. What’s ONE roadblock you’ve been avoiding… that you’re finally ready to admit? Could be: - Procrastination - Fear of failing - No clear direction - Low energy - Lack of consistency - Overthinking - Not asking for help Whatever it is drop it.Someone in this community probably beat the exact same roadblock last week. Comment yours below. Then reply to ONE person with how you would handle theirs.Let’s turn this into a breakthrough thread.

Process of Government Contracting
The government contracting process feels complicated until you break it down into smaller parts. Once you understand registration, eligibility and where agencies post needs, everything becomes clearer. Which part of the process do you think confuses most new business owners?

Getting it done right!
Well as I predicted, that 3 letter company dropped the ball big time today and just like that I got the emergency call from the customer. Got all 3 loads moved picked up and delivered on time! Quality over Quantity always prevails! Know your worth, support your pricing through superior quality and at the end of the day the customers will always know who to call when they need things done the right way!

Full Speed Ahead!!!!
One of the most important things I can advise anyone to do in this business is to never give up. Get used to rejection and brush each one off and move immediately on to the next one, no matter how that phone call or email goes. You will make it!! The sales aspect of this business is as much of a numbers game as any sales position in any business. Its all about quantity when you are soliciting, and then quality when you are facilitating. Remember especially with the way the market has been the last few years each and every prospect that you reach out to has been called on at least 10 times that day alone before your call!!! Most of these companies are sick of the solicitation no matter what you have to offer so be creative, grab their attention, don't just jump into your sales script, make them smile, make them laugh, whatever you need to do to get their mind off the fact that your another solicitation. And when they tell you where to shove it, don't give up just move on to the next one!! Eventually everything falls into place. The ones who fail are the ones who have quit, and as long as you don't quit you wont fail! Consistency and persistence is the key to success and soon enough you will be too busy to do it alone and will be looking to hire office personnel!

Disappear!!!
Disappear for 3 months, disappear for 6 months! Disappear for as long as you need to get to the level you want to be. I separated myself from everyone and everything for 3 months and grew my business by over 30% and also started another business in the process. Your success is entirely dependent on what you are willing to sacrifice and for how long, especially in this decades economy. Having fun is great, but if you want to reach levels above everyone around you, you need to be willing to sacrifice. Those weekends spent at the bar or at your buddy's house watching the game, out of state weddings, family events, etc. Your true tribe will never hold against you the sacrifices you need to make to get to the level you want to be. Only the ones who don't understand the game we are playing will. There are two types of people in this world today. The ones willing to do everything needed to succeed above the rest, and those who aren't and will remain average for the rest of their days on this earth complaining about what others have that they don't. It really is amazing what you can accomplish in just 90 days of grinding 18 hours a day building your dreams into reality. Now make that 180 days, 365 days, etc., and imagine the wins you can make happen throughout that time. Don't worry about the negative criticism from the people who don't understand. Surround yourself with like minded individuals that don't need to see you or even hear from you every week just to consider you a friend. People who get the struggle and the grind required to excel past mediocrity. These are the people who will help you reach the next level.
