My weight is 121 pounds now. 134 pounds at start of challenge. I've lost 2 pounds this week. Down 13 pounds from start of challenge.
My steps this week were 170,176 averaging 24,311 daily.
My biggest win was doing all my situps off of my knees and doing more than suggested. People saying I look taller. I feel fit and strong. Easier to pick up my 3 year-old. My size 4 pants are too big, had to roll up the waist. I actually have Popeye bumps on my arms.
My biggest challenge was getting all my assigned workouts done.
My next workout is Monday, Feb 10.
