Hard times
As some of you know I’ve been dating a special woman for a few months. She has been very special in my life and in a short time managed to win my heart after a long time of feeling lonely.
Hard times make you or break you.
Fast forward, something’s transpired and she had some awakenings. I sent her to do some inner work and she came out that she needed time to heal and she needs to do it potentially alone.
Crushing.
My heart sank reading the messages come through (she always texts first because of our language barrier). I just shriveled up inside.
Here is the truth.
Life and business are connected. Today and tomorrow and the next day I have a choice.
How I show up for her while she needs to figure out some Stuff?
How I show up for me? Her reflection now makes me have to reflect.
How I show up for you?
How I show up for work?
Motivated. Unmotivated?
Your life and business are one.
Don’t forget that.
If you have life problems I dealt with you have business problems I dealt with.
Stop sweeping it under the rug.
Deal with it and be vulnerable about it.
You won’t ever regret doing the inner work but you will regret not.
I will show up as the man I need to be to support hher even though she gave me an answer I didn’t like. Why?
She matters.
You matter.
Business matters.
I matter regardless of all outside factors.
Why.
God made me strong and perfect
