Hi Everyone!
Hi everyone, I am JP from Baton Rouge, LA and I am 57. Lane...thanks for starting up the Triple Reset community, I have found real inspiration watching your videos! This is round 2 for me with weight loss, I originally lost 45 lbs in 2024 on Mounjaro, was in the best shape since my 20's and then lost health coverage. I tried to maintain the weight loss on my own but slowly gained it all back and reached a peak at 240 in January. I learned a lot about how not to lose weight on GLP-1's in my first round and when I started Zepbound again 3 weeks ago, I decided I was going to go all in this time on doing it the right way. Listening to the Triple Reset plan has made so much sense so far, and I plan to add TRT therapy and weekly lifting to build back stronger while getting down to my goal weight of 185. I tried TRT last year but rode waves of ups and downs with monthly injections, would love to hear suggestions from you guys on how to add TRT therapy more successfully.
Hi everyone, I’m Martin 👋
I’m just starting my Mounjaro journey and wanted to introduce myself. I’ve had my 3rd injection today and I’m currently on the 2.5mg starter dose. It’s still very early days, but I’m already trying to build better habits around food, protein, water, steps and training. My main goal is to lose around 4 stone, but I don’t just want to lose weight — I want to build muscle, get stronger, improve my fitness and feel better in myself. I’m also training with a PT, so my focus is going to be steady fat loss while keeping as much muscle as possible. I don’t currently take TRT, and to be honest I’d never really heard much about it until I watched your YouTube video. It’s definitely something I’m interested in researching and understanding more about. I know none of this will happen overnight, but I’m ready to start taking it seriously and stay consistent. Looking forward to learning from everyone and sharing the journey 👍 I’m in the uk 🇬🇧 age 44
Tirzepatide: The miracle keystone medicine for Metabolic Health
Hi everyone I am a 68 year old doctor from Pune, India. Being a general medicine doctor and a specialist in sexology, I have great interest in hormones, neuro-chemicals and their metabolic processing in the human body. Just wanted to share a detailed information regarding my experience with Tirzepatide. It has now been about 10 weeks since I started treatment, and I’ve lost around 5 kilos (11 pounds) so far. Also started TRT alongside. I am just about 12 kilos above my ideal weight but most of it is centred around my abdomen. I also was undergoing treatment for diabetes and hypertension. After starting Tirzepatide-TRT combo... qualitative changes in my metabolism have been quite remarkable—my energy levels feel comparable to what I experienced in my 30s and 40s, with much better day-long consistency and reduced fatigue. One of the most noticeable shifts has been in my dietary pattern. I’ve purposely gravitated toward a high-protein, high-fiber diet with significantly reduced carbohydrate intake. It didn't require much conscious effort for appetite modulation my satiety signaling got intrinsically altered. My cravings, particularly for refined carbs, have reduced substantially. Alongside this, I’ve been consistent with gym workouts, and I can clearly see improvements in muscle strength and endurance. My tennis performance, in particular, has improved to a level where I genuinely feel I’m playing with the agility and stamina of my younger years. Recovery times are also better. From a physiological standpoint, this has been a fascinating experience. My current understanding is that relative deficiency or impaired signaling of incretins like GLP-1 and GIP contributes significantly in impacting health with insulin resistance being partially responsible for dysregulated appetite resulting in fatty liver and weight gain, with eventual progression to type 2 diabetes. The correction of this axis at the basic level with Tirzepatide appears to have profound systemic effects.

Intro
Hello everyone. I’m Xavier, from Mexico City. 45 yrs old, struggled with weight all my adult life. Made this transformation a top priority for me one year ago with the objective to get to 45 in the best shape of my life. In 10 months went from 28% to 12% body fat, reduced 66 lbs. Eating well, resistance training, was able to increase naturally testosterone from 400 to 700 with guidance from my doctor. Using Reta, Tesamorelin+Ipamorelin. I feel AMAZING. I was looking for a community to learn from and share ideas!

The road begins now
What’s up fellas!? I’m not quite 40 yet but pushing my way to the top of that hill. I’m married with 4 kiddos that my life revolves around. Growing up I was an active guy, always involved in a sport year round and worked on top of that. Once I graduated high school my shape went from a fit guy to a blob. I have struggled for the past 20 years going back and forth with my weight. Once kids came into the picture it’s been straight down hill. Between their sports, activities and my two youngest having some pretty gnarly medical stuff going on I just don’t prioritize myself like I should. I feel myself moving in the right direction here in the last month or so tho. I’ve started working out again, im looking at labs, my kids are becoming more independent and we are looking acreage to finally settle down in Tennessee. I look forward to making some connections with other guys in my same spot and those who have been in my situation before. Glad to be here.
