I’m just starting my Mounjaro journey and wanted to introduce myself.
I’ve had my 3rd injection today and I’m currently on the 2.5mg starter dose. It’s still very early days, but I’m already trying to build better habits around food, protein, water, steps and training.
My main goal is to lose around 4 stone, but I don’t just want to lose weight — I want to build muscle, get stronger, improve my fitness and feel better in myself.
I’m also training with a PT, so my focus is going to be steady fat loss while keeping as much muscle as possible.
I don’t currently take TRT, and to be honest I’d never really heard much about it until I watched your YouTube video. It’s definitely something I’m interested in researching and understanding more about.
I know none of this will happen overnight, but I’m ready to start taking it seriously and stay consistent.
