What would you do?
Theoretically, a buddy of mine wants to create a Nation. He wants information on what others would do based on their beliefs and experiences. He has a clear outline and created a new type of political system ( he calls it a competitive monarchy) to do so, but wants others opinions and ideas for things like infrastructure, services, funding, regulations, where to buy land from a country, military, alliances, technology, agriculture, etc
Please tell us anything that can help
(Again this is for a friend)
