Learned some cool principles today. One "strategy" is to Re-anchor. Review why this decision is important based on what the customer said - not on my opinions or beliefs.
So, before your final pitch, remind them of how this will affect their quality of life.
Rationale: you've built up some emotional currency, but if you don't cash it in you've mostly wasted all that effort.
