Hello guys, I have been vegan for 6 months now. a lot of people keep telling me I will need to use supplements. Could u tell me which one besides B12 I need and which B12 brand I should get? Thank you in advance :)

The power of plants and consistency, last year I started lifting seriously and eating all the yummy plant protein foods, and after a summer break I got back on track and now its officially been a year and I am really happy with my progress! If you believe and have the right tools you can achieve anything, my journey continues, cant wait to see myself next February 💪⚡️😇
