The power of plants and consistency, last year I started lifting seriously and eating all the yummy plant protein foods, and after a summer break I got back on track and now its officially been a year and I am really happy with my progress! If you believe and have the right tools you can achieve anything, my journey continues, cant wait to see myself next February 💪⚡️😇

@Roy Dadon trained here and there through the years but I went 5x per week for three months with Chris… since then I have been going 1-2 times per week and now I am picking it up again going 3-4 times 🙌
