Calisthenics session. Pull ups, dips, push ups, and some muscle ups at the park.

7 out of 10. Solid session and felt good overall.
📝 Takeaway:
Take your time with your warm up. It makes a huge difference in performance and how your body feels during training. When I warm up properly, everything just moves better.
