✅ Completed:Light strength session, stability work, mobility, and some bag work.
⚡ Energy (1–10):8 out of 10. Felt good and steady.
📝 Takeaway:Stability work needs consistency. Adding tennis balls is a game changer because it trains balance and proprioception while forcing you to stay mentally switched on. You’re training the body and the brain at the same time.
🔁 Tomorrow I will:5K run in the morning, then weight training after.
