✅ Completed:5K run and calisthenics. Kept the pace slow, mainly recovering from the last hard run.
⚡ Energy (1–10):5 out of 10. Took it easy and listened to the body.
📝 Takeaway:Be present. Enjoy the moment, especially when you’re running with others or coaching. When you stay in the moment, you take in more and the session feels better.
