Shoutout to @Eman Cahill for getting his first business line of credit approved. He is only 21 years old and closing six figure deals! Eman is in the VIP group by the way but he started out in the free group. Before he met me he would have to turn away these bigger clients. Forcing him to stay small and only work smaller files. However he came to me because I have a proven method for getting BLOCs approved. So he no longer has to turn away clients. Therefore increasing his income. More importantly he is now starting to talk to bigger businesses with financials. Which is a different realm of finance and remember your network is your net worth. Very few can actually get it done. I get it done...we get it done. She owns her home free and clear. No mortgage. Clean title. But there's a co-owner on the deed that wants to sell. She doesn't. And if she can't buy them out, she loses the property. She talked to 15 different lenders. 15. Not one had a solution. We figured it out in a single text message introduction. Business purpose mortgage on the free and clear property. Pulls the equity out. Uses it to buy out the co-owner. She keeps the property. Then we flip the whole thing into an income producing asset. The area she's in does $10K+ per week on Airbnb. So we didn't just save the property. We turned a problem into a cash flowing machine. That's the difference between someone who knows products and someone who actually knows funding. Most people calling themselves lenders and brokers out here are just order takers with a license.

Airplane Financing
This is the first time I will be helping a client finance airplanes. Its a business acquisition however there are multiple pieces when you buy a businesss. There is the business itself that you are buying then business assets. So finding financing for buying the business is easy. However now we are figuring out how to get financing for the airplanes. I have a few ideas but waiting on my lenders to reply. Anyway, just something I am working on currently.
