Here’s the daily routine I live by. Simple. Intentional and Non-negotiable:
Morning Routine (Daily):
✅ 24oz water upon waking
✅ 3 minutes cold plunge/shower
✅ 30-45 min outdoor walk / gym time
✅ 10 min reflection/vision/meditation
✅ Gratitude journal - 3 things you’re thankful for
✅ Read 10 pages
✅ Review your big goals
✅ Family time
Evening Routine:
✅ Read 10 pages
✅ Review to-do list for the next day
✅ Reflect on your day
✅ Family time
