5 am workout - Lifting - upper and lower, some core.
Ran a Personal Development Zoom call with a close small circle. Working on building my audience.
Recorded long form content from the Zoom for clips.
Water intake was max
Normal diet: high protein, eggs, lean beef, rice cakes.
Dinner again was beef and sweet potato fries.
Family time.
9:30 pm getting ready for bed.
❌ didn’t read 10 pages - really gotta get better on this.
I need to switch my reading time around so this doesn’t happen again.
