I’ve spent over three decades working across warehouses, manufacturing plants, construction sites, and large industrial projects across Canada. My background is in supply chain, logistics, operations, and workforce coordination, often in high-risk, high-accountability environments where safety, trust, and execution matter. Over the years, I’ve seen two things clearly: 1. People are capable of professional-level results without being formal businesses 2. Communities work best when trust and accountability are built in from the start Service Circle exists to connect those two truths. I personally review and approve members because this community only works if the people inside it are real, capable, and respectful. This isn’t about controlling relationships — it’s about protecting them.
