Hey everyone,

I need a little help, and it’s an easy one!

If you’re already using sound therapy tracks on YouTube, it would mean a lot if you could use the ones on my channel for a while.

I’m trying to grow the total play hours on my Sound Therapy Playlist, and every minute you listen helps the channel reach more people who need relief.

You can just pick any of the tracks you like from the playlist and play them in the background as usual — nature sounds, pink noise, shower sounds, anything that feels good.
