Welcome! Let’s Walk the Path to Lasting Relief Together
This community exists for one reason: to help you get lasting relief from tinnitus and other related condition symptoms. As many of you already know, my name is Guy. I’ve lived with severe tinnitus and hearing loss for over 15 years. After trying everything imaginable, I found real relief, and over the past few years, I’ve helped others do the same through proven tools and strategies for lasting relief & habituation. You’ll find step-by-step guidance, helpful tools, and a place to ask questions, share your story, and connect with others who truly get it. I’ll be here regularly to answer questions, offer guidance, and share what I’ve learned. And if you ever need more personal support, one-on-one help is available too. There are a few key areas to explore: - Classroom – Access free step-by-step courses and relief tools - Leaderboard – Track your rank and unlock more content as you engage (even simple actions like commenting or liking count!) - Calendar – See upcoming Q&As and live events — all free to join Take a look around and make yourself at home. 😊 If you want to know more about me and my journey? I Built a 2-Minute Tinnitus Assessment, Try It Here
Not sure what to focus on next with your tinnitus? 🎯 I just created a short 2-minute tinnitus assessment to help you understand where you are in your relief and habituation process, and what your next steps may be. It looks at how tinnitus is affecting things like sleep, focus, communication, productivity, peace of mind, and daily life, then gives you a personalized recommendation based on your answers. If you’ve been quiet in the community, feeling stuck, or not sure what to work on next, this is a simple way to get some direction again. 🧭 Take the assessment here: https://yourtinnitusguy.com/tinnitus-assessment/ After you finish, comment below and let me know if the result felt accurate. Your feedback will help me improve it before I connect it to the advanced tinnitus relief and habituation course I’m building. 🙏 Yours truly, Guy.
Mother’s Day check-in for the moms in this community 💙🙆‍♀️
Mother’s Day is tomorrow, and I just wanted to pause for a moment and check in with the mothers here who are also dealing with tinnitus, hyperacusis, sound sensitivity, sleep struggles, or just the emotional weight that can come with all of this. A lot of mothers are used to being the ones who keep going no matter what. They show up, take care of others, carry a lot quietly, and often keep pushing even when they are exhausted or overwhelmed. So if you’re a mother in this community and you’ve been carrying all of that while also dealing with difficult symptoms in the background, I just want to say this clearly: 𝗜 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂. 🙏 I know these challenges can be invisible to other people. On the outside, you may still look like you’re handling everything. But inside, it can be tiring, frustrating, and sometimes very lonely. So I want to ask: How are you doing right now, really? Is there anything that feels especially hard this weekend? And is there any way I can support you, this week or going forward? If so, please let me know in the comments below (or message me directly). Let’s talk about it. Let’s have a real conversation about what’s been hard, what you need, or what might help. And to the rest of the community, I’d love to ask you too: How are you planning to support your mother, your wife, or another important mother in your life this weekend? Sometimes support is not just flowers or going out somewhere. Sometimes it’s patience. Sometimes it’s helping create a calmer day. Sometimes it’s simply being more understanding. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Feel free to share below. I think this could be a really meaningful conversation. 🙏 Have a great weekend & mother day! 💙 Guy.

So...this group
@Guy Cohen I randomly was cruising Discoveries and came across Tinnitus Reset Toolbox and said, what the heck let me join. I've had this this issue for years and years, working in very loud environments machining metal parts since High School. I just figured it was part of life living in a bubble and that's the way it is. Fast forward I start going through the material here and I am sooo not alone you all!! I picked up my new hearing aids Friday May 1st and have been listening to things I have not heard since I was a kid. Birds chirping even the clacking of the keys as I type this! Are you kidding me? Cheers all! Tears of joy! (Posted in the 🏆Wins category)
