So a week ago, I challenged you all to repeat in your mind and out loud: I now fully love and accept myself.
Well I failed my own challenge. I did it for a few days and then my subconscious took the wheel again.
For some reason, the internal dialogue in my mind has been bullying me lately and it's been a harder week.
I was curious what does the voice in your mind always hammer you with?
I think it could be really cool to be vulnerable with one another and share how our brains bully us 😅
