This one is all about your arms β€” and trust me, this is one area we really don't want to neglect after 50, especially those "bingo wings".
Muscle loss accelerates during menopause, and keeping your arms strong supports everyday movements.
In today's video I walk you through 5 exercises you can do right at home β€” just a pair of dumbbells and a bit of space:
  • πŸ”΅ 3 Tricep exercises β€” targeting the back of the arms (yes, that area! πŸ˜„)
  • πŸ”΄ 2 Bicep exercises β€” building strength through the front of the arms
4 of the exercises use dumbbells (or you can use water bottles) and 1 is bodyweight only β€” so if you're not quite ready to grab the weights yet, you can still join in.
