Hello 🙋‍♀️ What movement or fitness are you doing today? It's late morning, almost midday and I can't decide whether to go for a swim at lunchtime or take our dog for a walk (as the weather is looking a bit better now than it was this morning) So, what are you doing?

Hi there,✋ I'm looking at scheduling a weekly live session where I do 15 mins live Pilates/mobility session and then 15 minutes answering any questions. Or something like that. I'd be happy to do one week live in the morning (GMT) and the next week around 5pm GMT on a Tuesday evening, just before I run my online Pilates class. What do you think? Would you attend? Let me know good times/days and also your local time.
