Going out with a bang, or continue your cleanse...
Just know that after 5 days of detox you have completed a big goal. Did you shift your palate and cravings? Increase your desire for healthy foods and practices? Discover you are actually tired and need more sleep or naps? Or, perhaps you want to extend your cleanse a few more days. I certainly am! Detox Intro
Hello Everyone! I've got the Cleanse Bundle ordered and DETOX calls on my calendar! Hope to make it for 5 days with no meat, no coffee (I might need some Yogi Super antioxidant green tea instead), no alcohol and no sugar. I also want to spend 1-5 minutes barefoot on the grass everyday for a little grounding during this experience. It sounds simple, tho changing behavior rarely is. I'm hopeful with all the support for this cleanse I can do it! Looking forward to cleansing with our group. 😊
Getting prepped
I’ve got my grocery list. I’m making the butternut squash-apple soup (from our simple detox recipes) and ingredients for 2 Pitta juices. I ordered the cleanse tablets and hope to get my kitchari kit today. It’s happening!

Additions to cleanse
Hi everyone! I’ll be adding hot water with turmeric, lemon and honey to my cleanse, as well as castor oil packs to increase detoxification. ¨̮
