5 Days of Following an Eating Plan
I need to shed pounds! And this is day 5 of eating well and a 30 minute walk. It's amazing how better I feel after 5 days. Not the best time to be losing weight, Christmas etc but with focus, commitment and knowing how I want to look and feel, makes it easier.

I accomplished all I set out to do yesterday including a soft promotion of my 30 Day Reinvention Program on YouTube and TikTok. When I complete everything on my to do list that is an accomplishment 🙃

Chat GPT and weight loss
I told Chat GPT on Sunday night that I needed to shed some pounds. After some questions from chatgpt it put together an awesome meal and exercise program. When I check in with the ChatGPT app and say I am feeling a little hungry it gives me ideas for moving past the hunger, options if I really need to eat etc... I know A.I can be scary but holy smokes I find this pretty cool.

I did manage to record the 5 lesson videos I committed to yesterday. They ain't perfect by any means but they are done and they are moving me forward ✅

3 weeks ago today I started this reinvention for myself. I have gotten up today feeling different, feeling better but I know there is so much more good to come. I am keeping going, you should keep it up to whatever you are working on..
