5 Days of Following an Eating Plan
I need to shed pounds! And this is day 5 of eating well and a 30 minute walk. It's amazing how better I feel after 5 days.
Not the best time to be losing weight, Christmas etc but with focus, commitment and knowing how I want to look and feel, makes it easier.
